Order Processing Time All items are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be produced and dispatched. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Times Once dispatched, please allow the following delivery windows:
- United Kingdom — 3–7 business days
- European Union — 7–14 business days
- International (Rest of World) — 10–21 business days
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time. For example, a UK order may take up to 14 business days from order placement to arrival.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery via the carrier's website.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by BENTALIA CLUB.
